Getting Started
Click the "Get Started" button on our homepage, enter your email and password, and agree to our Terms of Service. You can then access the platform immediately with our 14-day free trial.
During the free trial, you get full access to the Professional plan features with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe or continue on the free plan.
Every document submitted to Legis AI is first analyzed by our AI multi-agent system, then reviewed by a licensed attorney before delivery. This ensures you receive accurate, legally-sound outputs.
Billing & Payments
Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard. From there, you can view available plans and switch between them. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes, you can cancel anytime from Settings > Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor Waffo Pancake (PCI-DSS certified). Wire transfers are available for annual enterprise plans.
We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plans can be refunded if requested within 48 hours of charge. After these periods, no refunds are provided but you can cancel anytime. See our Refund Policy for details.
Technical Support
We support PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, and RTF file formats for document upload. Images (PNG, JPG) can be uploaded for visual contract analysis.
Standard processing takes 1-3 business days depending on document complexity. Priority processing (Professional plan) reduces this to 12-48 hours. Enterprise customers receive custom turnaround times.
Yes. All documents are encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures and comply with relevant data protection regulations. Your data is never shared with third parties.
